Dr. George Xanthopoulos is Assistant Professor in Postharvest Technology at AUA. Keynote speaker at 8^th International Working Conference on Stored Product Protection, 2002). He has 18 years of experience in postharvest technology (handling, storage and processing of fresh agricultural products), cold storage of fresh agricultural products, grain storage and drying and in particular in mathematical modelling of physical and mechanical processes and properties of agricultural products.
