Zisis Tsiropoulos, CEO of AGENSO, was invited speaker at FoodTech 2018 Congress (http://foodtech.uns.ac.rs/), which was held at Novi Sad, Serbia. He participated as an invited speaker at the Round table entitled: “Overcoming the gap between industry and academia: towards the open innovation practices in food and feed sector”. During his speech he presented OchraVine project as an innovative tool to control Aspergillus infection and OTA contamination in vine cultivation.
